Conditions and Terms

• To confirm your reservation we request a down payment of 50% of the total amount to confirm your booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total value (for periods of low season), and the balance of payment for your reservation must be paid at check-in, and 100% (high season periods as per Revellion examples, and Carnival holidays and special events).
  We accept diferent methods of payments like Paypal , Westerunion transfers , Moneygram , Credit Cards Visa/Mastercard/Diners/American Express.
• The customer understand and agree that at this time the amount paid as a guarantee be it 50% or 100% depending on the time of year, that in case of cancellation, revocation, amendment, changes of dates (originally contracted), or
• Once in the hostel the guest whant´s to make the check out before the original date of the booking THERE WILL BE NO REFOUND for any amount pay

• We do not accept any kind of animal (dog, cat, bird, etc.) guests for any circumstances bring some kind of animal, unfortunately can not stay and being aware that the amount paid is not refundable.

• Extensions of your stay are welcome, but according our availability at that time
• The Time of Check-in is starting from 14:00 and check-out until 12:00 experiencing these hours and there was no release of the room or bed, we charge the full daily, and the host may remain vacant if no shall pay and immediately release the room or bed.
• We do not work half daily rate with only half full daily rate
• We inform that our structure available is : the rooms all with bathroom inside, fan and Air Conditioning from 22:00 to 10:00, plus bathrooms in the corridor (toilets and showers), communal kitchen, wi fi and 24 hour reception.
